Customer service provided an upgrade software, after a few weeks after upgrade dash cam started to reset to factory default setting while driving. I have also tried replaced the memory cards with three different vendors, but did not resolved the reset to factory default problem. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great image quality *by M***D on Reviewed in the United States on August 16, 2017* Great image quality. Seems to occasionally corrupt my SD card. I've read online that formatting on your PC instead of on the device helps. I use it every day, have caught one wreck so far. Thankfully not mine!
