I just received this today and I absolutely love it. I suffer from iron deficiency anemia and have read that spirulina contains a high level of iron so that is why I decided to try this out. I put about a tablespoon into a pretty large smoothie and I didn't notice any taste- which I hear is a good thing! I read some negative reviews about the spirulina that is not Hawaiian tasting like a fish tank so I'd say to definitely go for the Hawaiian I did not notice any fishy taste. I would absolutely recommend this. Great health benefits, little to no taste, good size, good price.
