I have purchased this bottle but when I use the dropper, it only fills up halfway. Do I use the dropper twice in this case?

Hello there, If you are only able to get the dropper to be half full, doing that twice should equal the recommended full dropper.

What benefits do B Vitamins provide?

Helps with digestion if I recall. I had bariatric Surgery in 2005. The doctor told me to take Sublingual B Complex for my remaining time on this earth... So I do. This stuff however made me have a reaction every time I put a drop on my tongue. I would start burning up and my face would get so red its purple.

Does this contain soy? It keeps making my throat close up. Soys the only thing that does that.
