**Q: Does it use gmo soy?**
A: I have forgotten if it contained soy I gave it three months to work

Have you been following the recommended daily use of taking a total of 4 Menoquil tablets each day with water? Take 2 tablets when you wake up, approximately fifteen minutes before you eat breakfast. Take another 2 tablets at night, about an hour before you plan to go to bed.

I started taking this when menopause gave me hot flashes at night, and anger issues. Took about 2 weeks before it started to improve my life. I felt better, had more energy and didnt have another hot flash, greatly improving my rest. I thought i was through it. Stopped taking them hot flashes came back. Started back on them and the hot flashes disappeared immediately. I recommend this to everyone. Be patient takes a minute for it to work sometimes.
