BEST TASTING BEAN SPROUTS ON THE MARKET
The price is most certainly right. I've been eating these bean sprouts for years making Egg Foo Young. These are so tender and delicious. Don't even have to chop them in small pieces. The cans arrived in excellent condition. NO dents what so ever.

How much I can say about bean sprouts (?)
I need to have cans of these La Choy bean sprouts in my pantry & being able to buy a 12-pack is great. I miss my hometown chow mein & these are a staple item I add when I get the urge to make my dish. Not like OTHER brands, the La Choy sprouts aren't all broken up & mushy when you open the can. The sodium is doable & I drain the liquid to use in the gravy for more flavor. Plenty of sprouts in a can for a meal for 4. The price is right, & the product is good, so it's a win-win for me.

Nice oriental recipe option
Nice added ingredient for oriental recipes without gaining too many calories or spices/vegetables that are not OK on a dialysis patient diet.

Good In A Pinch.
Good enough, if you can't get them fresh. I ALWAYS add them at the VERY last second, because they are already cooked. I also rinse them to rid the sodium.

Great price!
Great deal! Great price! We cook a lot of egg rolls and are thrilled with this purchase. And the exp. Dates are a couple of years from now. Soโฆ highly recommend.

Mung bean sprouts. In a can. Good stuff.
If you have a recipe that calls for bean sprouts... well, here you go. These are good, but only if you like bean sprouts. They are thick and juicy. NOT thin or hairy like alfalfa or broccoli sprouts. Great for Asian stir-fry, or use them raw in salads. Also good for Halloween parties, put them in a bowl and pretend they're worms or intestines or something like that. Fun fact: these are MUNG BEANS that have been allowed to sprout.

Not Really Worth It
I decided to try canned goods from Amazon, and here's what I learned: 1. It's not that much easier than the supermarket. I'm still lugging cans around, and each order is heavier because of the bulk purchase. 2. Quite a few cans were dented...too many. So, it seems like they're selling an inferior product than the grocery store. 3. They fib about can size. They say 8oz when its 5oz, or 15oz when its 14.5oz, so as to make the per ounce price appear lower. In the end, it's as much work as getting them from the grocer, they're about the same price, and it's an inferior product. I'm done with it. Back to the grocer for my canned goods.
