Does this support a 20 GB hard drive?

It supported my 320 GB drive, so I would imagine tat if you have a 20 GB drive that is a 2.5 inch SATA drive, it should work for you.

Will this support the hitachi travelstar n155? it has 47 pins instead of 44

I found a few questions about the n155 in tech forums and more than one said that it just needs a regular IDE enclosure, which this is. Those extra pins are apparently just there for the laptop it was originally connected to, acting like a mechanical key, and not a data port. In other words, not a necessary connection point. Given that, I think you might try this enclosure, if the size is right. It is inexpensive and I can’t see that you have other options. I have been happy with the one I purchased. Hope this turns out to be good advice.

Will i be able to access the info on a hard drive if i plug it into an Android tablet?

If your Android tablet can read usb flash drives, then I can’t think of a reason why it would not be able to read a hard drive enclosed in this case. When attached to a usb port on my pc, it acts just like a flash drive.
