After trying to set up all over again several times & it still would not work. I finally deleted the app. & reinstalled it, took me through the entire set up process all over again. It finally worked but could not remember basic items like password & internet name. This took me about 3 hours of trouble shooting & it ends up being the app? What a disappointment. Then the rain sensor disabled the watering program & app. does not tell me why. Should say rain or forecast or some identifier. So I had to trouble shoot that to insure it was still paired & connected to controller found out it was forecast. No customer service phone number available for problems.
