It will then ask for YOUR wifi & password, and it will auto connect to that. Be patient. It takes about 20 minutes to set it up. **Q: What is the warranty? Who provides warranty support?** A: All Hunter products carry a 5 year warranty, there is a date code stamped on them. All you have to do is go to a distributor and they will warranty it out. I will say though in all my years, I have only had to replace 1 product under warranty, and I’ve installed and maintained hundreds of controllers **Q: Is this a simple do-it-yourself install (plug/play) or does it require a licensed contractor to install?** A: Yes, it is as simple as plug and play if you have a smart phone or a laptop with WiFi attached to your house network.
