I have seen a big difference in my skin appearance in the past few weeks I have been using it. For anyone using this sunscreen is a must to maintain that healthy skin. I love the 2 attachments this machine comes with. To be honest the small attachment works really well for the entire face. When I get to my chest and neck I do use the larger attachment. When using this machine on your cheeks make sure to tighten your skin towards your hairline for better suction and to keep from getting those red circles from your skin getting sucked into the machine.
