The two in one refers to the ability tonuse it as a soap substitute and a moisturizer. **Q: Does this contain any medicine, drugs or steroids?** A: I’m a customer. As far as I know it doesn’t contain medicine/steroids etc. It’s an emollient. We use it for washing instead of soap. It’s like a lotion that doesn’t lather.
