amika the closer instant split-end seal cream

I have curly hair and in the summer it gets fly-away. After washing my hair and towel drying, I take a small amount less than a dime size, rub my hands together and run it through my hair and then style it. No more frizzy fly-away hair, but its not heavy or sticky feeling.

I very rarely splurge on hair products, but for this one I always wil! I already have extremely thick hair so when I add the frizz of the flat iron, it instantly looks poofy rather than sleek, but the instant I smooth this cream into the ends everything lays down, and looks salon perfect! The best part is it makes my hair smell soo good!

All Amika products that I’ve tried are just amazing in general. I have course hair and I love this as a quick fix. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

A little goes a LONG way…do not over use. I use one pump in my hand and put it through my ends after I wash my hair. My hair is so soft and smooth!

Makes hair really soft. Has an odd, almost fishy smell but it doesn’t linger. Will continue to use but just wash hands after

I suffer from split ends and have been looking for a good smelling product that actually works. It has made my ends much healthier and keeps my hair smelling great all day. The pump gives you a good portion, a little goes a long way! The brand Amika overall is amazing !

I have mixed feelings about this product. I gave myself a trim before starting this product so that I could see if it helped my ends stay healthy. (I also use heat protectant). As you can see from the photo, I still have plenty of split ends….the same amount that I would probably have if I wasn’t using the product. I’ve been using it for about a month. Could it be helping some? Possibly. But not enough to justify the price tag. Other than the scent (which is fine), I didn’t notice any other changes in my hair. It’s not enough product to warrant the price tag, especially if it’s not clearly helping the split ends.

absolutely love this hair product! My split ends were so bad that brushing through them was a struggle—my hair would tangle, and my brush wouldn’t glide through easily. As a longtime fan of Amika, I was thrilled to spot this product at Marshall’s and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! It has significantly improved my split ends, making my hair much easier to brush without the usual tangles. While it is a bit pricey for the size, the results speak for themselves—I can’t deny how much healthier my hair looks and feels.
