They arrived with no delays. These racks are very easy to put together because all you have to do is unfold them and set up! It's that easy. They are very well made and sturdy. On these racks I have heavy winter coats, sweaters, jackets, scarfs etc. and it all fits! They do not sag at all from the weight. The extension bars on the end do not bend and holds the weight just as well as the rest of the bar. They can be placed side by side with no problem and do not take up a lot of space but still holds a great deal of items.
