Lights for the power and numlock are turning off automatically to save batteries life
At first, we thought there's something wrong with the product, as the lights for the power and numlock keys are automatically turning off. We almost wanted to return it. Until, we found out that even the lights turns off, it is still working. This maybe a feature to make the battery life long. So far so good.

Perfectly solid "generic" wireless keyboard
This is my favorite wireless keyboard. Solid layout, relatively inexpensive, good feel to the chiclet keys. Cheap and reliable, consistently available model. I'll buy these from Dell all day everyday for all my setups.

I have just been sold a keyboard with a defunct (increase) volume button :(
The keyboard arrived 06/09/2021 with the volume increase button smashed in. The button does not work at all. After waiting for so long for the product to be shipped to me in Australia from the US, now I am stuck with an expensive and malfunctioning keyboard. I'd stay away from these guys if I were you!

Keys get stuck
This is not a great keyboard as the keys do get difficult to press and is not smooth at all. Do not buy for any office use as productivity goes down. This is after 6 months of use.

Very good keyboard & mouse combo!
I was dreading having to go out and buy batteries but luckily it came with new Duracell batteries for both the keyboard and the mouse. After inserting the batteries and disconnecting my old wired keyboard and mouse I just inserted the wireless USB piece into the back of my computer and it just instantly worked! 5/5 Works perfectly. I chose this Dell brand wireless keyboard and mouse even though it cost more than some other no-name brand options because I figured Dell would really have made it worth with their brand name on the line. The cool thing is my old keyboard and mouse fit into the box the new keyboard and mouse came in so I have that packaged up in case I ever need them again or get a second computer.
