The pads are very absorbent and do a great job for me. I also like the wide adhesive strip much better than the two very narrow strips the other brands have (including Seni). It adheres better and goes all the way to the very edge at each end of the pad, which keeps the pads in place much better. The highest absorbency area is indicated in blue, which helps with attaching them in the best place. I do wish they would offer the the option to get the medium absorbency pad in a longer length, though. As far as I'm concerned, these are the best out there, and I will be purchasing these from now.
