This one is the case of good product that I feel I have to reward it by giving a 5 stars review. I have a heavy shade area being bald at my house that nothing be able to grow in that area for years. I purchased this grass seeds for shade just to play around to see if I have the luck this time. I was following the instructions to prepare the ground and planted seeds. I can already see they started to germinate by keep the soil well moistened for about a week. Now my grass is much visible by 2 weeks mark. The germination rate is very high, good quality seeds for sure. I have confidence about this product will help me make my garden much alive now. Strongly recommended.
