    Fixture does not support weight of the shade

Just installed this and unfortunately outside of return window. The shade does not stay on the light fixture. It slips off after couple seconds of putting it on due to the weight of the shade.

     Just like the other reviewer said, the light shade does not stay on the fixture, slips off due to weight.  No way to fix it.  See video.  Too bad, otherwise good looking light.Update 7/23/21: I reached out to the EQLight company for help via their website, and they sent me the replacement part which fixed my issue.  Now I have a beautiful light that I am very pleased with!
