Helps during summer if you spend a lot of time in swimming pool or live in country with heavy water. Some people complain about scalp being itchy but for me it takes a couple of washes to get used to it. Aveeda has now 2 versions light and heavy one. I use a light version because I have oily scalp. But I have a blond hair and after summer better to use heavy version because my blond part gets very dry. But it works and your hair will stop falling out. People need to notice this shampoo for when hair falling out of scalp due to chemicals or chemicals in water that damage root of hair.
