Connection broken
I used the docking station a couple of times and the connection that goes into my phone broke off I would like a refund since this item is defective

Not fast charging, non removable cable
One star off for each of the title's defects. When charging my USB C Pixel phone straight from a high power charger just using a regular usb>usb C cable my phone charges very quickly. Something about this charger slows down the charging to a crawl and I'll therefore only use it when I know I can park my phone for a bunch of hours to overnight.

I had to give it to a friend
I had to give it to a friend because it didn't fit my phone with the case on it and I didn't want to bother taking my phone's case on and off The manufacturer should have had the foresight to design it for use with the case but I guess they don't want to do that so my rating stands if you have a phone case you might want to avoid this unit completely but my neighbor likes it so I lost some money for me
