This vendor was good about everything, no fault with them at all. The real problem was with the shipping container. The box was not designed to handle such a large item and the fan arrived damaged in the same place on both items. The box had no reinforcement in the corners and was flimsy - made in China for the local market, not to be shipped around the world. I did not go for a third time - it was just going to be the same thing.
