**Q: Does it massage you? Like the nodes move?**
A: It massages only if you gently move your torso while laying on it.  Once you have it correctly positioned, the nodes penetrate deeply into the trigger points.  I really like it.  it gives me the opportunity to release tight muscles in places where one cannot reach (from neck to lower back) by oneself.

**Q: A picture shows it affixed to the back of a chair. Is it really designed for that.? That would be good because I need to moderate the pressure**
A: I wonder which picture you are looking at?  I never saw a picture with it affixed to a chair.  I simply use it flat on the floor and with a pillow for head support, I align it to my spine.  Another note: this 'Little Mum' really eases tense muscles along the spine. If you try it and don't like it, you can always send it back.
