Even when I took it with food I had these issues: my personal negation of these symptoms is that I not only take with food but also take with my daily dose of flaxseed oil (gel caps) which “dilutes” the therapeutic essential oils in this product and have no issues when I do so. So it works very well for me so far! You basically exhale the eucalyptus scent which naturally helps decongest you.
