Droops & slides down no matter what we try; appears to be warped? The top ring sags down opposite the handle, refusing to grip the mug on 3 separate brand 30 oz tumblers - Yeti, KRYOs, & Kodiak. Previously we wasted money on the Tervis tumblers whose auxiliary handle is identical to this design - theirs WORKS perfectly on that product, just weren't satisfied with their tumbler performance, now happily replaced once we discovered the Yeti clones and substantial competitive pricing.Wife says two stars out of sympathy; she likes the pretty pink color.How do we get our money back as Prime members? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Handle!!! *by M***D on Reviewed in the United States on May 5, 2016* Just received my Grivitz 30oz handle! Loved the 20oz handle so much that went out and bought a 30oz Yeti and now needed the 30 oz handle. Bought the pink one- love that a $1 is donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. These handles make holding the tumbler so much easier and I love that they are designed so well that the tumbler feels totally secure and it still fits into the cup holder on my car. Who would have thought that a simple handle would make such a difference-but it does!!!! It provides a bouncy base, like to put it on a pickup truck floorboard. Anyway, it does work perfectly as it was intended to go on and I love it. The pink is my pick for various reasons as it says.
