I only steep for 45 seconds to 1 minute per reading the reviews, I also drink it at night before bed around 9ish and also try to drink a big cup of water. When I wake up in the morning I always have a nice bowel movement and I'm not continuing to run to the bathroom all day long. Sometimes I may have to go 1 or so more times but it's nothing insane. I have always had issues staying regular and nothing had really helped.
