I took apart the gearbox, and observed that one of the gears bearing majority of the load is made of plastic and had been destroyed. I ended up purchasing another one because it is a decent motor, and learned from my mistake. This however doesn’t go without saying that it probably wouldn’t have immediately busted if that gear hadn’t been made of plastic. ### ⭐ Junk *by M***I on May 31, 2021* Well to start the one star is because you have to give it something. I was lead to believe it was reversible but in my case that was not true (problem one).
