It feels sturdy, well-made, and durable. I still haven't tried the nut milk/ice cream/sorbet aspects yet. I've taken one star off because 1. It has a European plug (two pin), not UK (three pin) which wasn't mentioned 2. The waste is a bit tricky to clean out as it doesn't all come out while the machine is on; I tried running water through it after I finished juicing as suggested, but it didn't help much. Cleaning it is quite straightforward, the brush that comes with it helps.
