These sleeves ("bags") measure 4 1/8" by about 6 " (but if the sleeve is not completely folded over at the top there is more room). If the item (card + envelope) you wish to put in the sleeve is not too thick, it should fit in the smaller sleeves, and if you are handy with a straightedge and an X-Acto knife you could remove a thin sliver of the long, open side of the notecard if the fit is too tight. I suspect the width of the card plus the envelope would expand the sleeve so that the fit would be very tight.
