It doesn't list anything other than seaweed in the ingredients, but the package does state that this product is "made on shared equipment that also processes soy, sesame oil". Hope that's helpful. **Q: How do you store it? Pantry? Fridge?** A: I am not sure how it is supposed to be stored or recommended to be, but I put my opened package in a ziploc bag, squeeze all the air out, leaving the little white pack (desiccant?) in there and store it in the pantry. But Amazon gave me a credit so I can buy my own which I did. A little bummed but I ended up getting my chopsticks in the end so I can't complain. [EDIT 2] The lack of bamboo chopsticks was beginning to annoy me so I contacted Amazon and they have sent a replacement item to include those chopsticks at no charge to me. It has an estimated delivery date of 10/08/2013 which is four days from now so I will come back and edit this review again. I hope that they do come because I really wanted them and eat chopsticks with any and all asian food. [EDIT] I made my hand roll and used this as a topping to a bowl of ramen. It is delicious. Came a day before expected time which is great! However on the site it said I would get two bamboo chopsticks as a bonus gift but I did not receive them. Perhaps that is with a subscription, but I am unsure about that. They are huge!
