how do you clean them?

Washing is probably fine. Drying makes one of the inside pieces shrink (and kind of hard). That's how I ruined first pair (still lasted over a year). Latest pair, I just wash with dish soap, squeeze out water, and air dry every couple of weeks.

Can we put this under the wrap and a boxing glove?

Definitely, that’s the purpose. I’ve gone as small as a 10 oz. with the pad, and wraps.

What is the best way to wash these?

Not sure there is a right or wrong way but personally I turn them inside out and throw them in the washing machine. I usually let them air dry
