My dehydrator has a hole in middle?** A: You can cut it with no problem but there wouldn't be a lip around the hole you cut# so your liquid contents wouldn't stop at the hole. Bad idea. Find some fruit leather trays made for your style of dehydrator. **Q: What does a sheet with edges measure?** A: The inside measurements are 11.25" x 10" and the edges are each about .25" wide so overall it is 11.75" x 10.5. It looks to be about .125" (1/8") deep but I didn't measure that exactly. Hope this helps. **Q: Does the writing come off into the food over time?** A: Yes, the advertisement slowly comes off the silicone. These silicone sheets are so versatile. *by A***M on October 23, 2024* The media could not be loaded. These standard size silicone mats are a must for my fruit leather and candy makings in my dehydrator. I also use these for easy clean up when I am pouring messy recipes in my kitchen. These are not sticky at all. These are such great quality and durable. I’m able to throw into my dishwasher for easy clean up or can also clean by hand which takes less than a minute because nothing will stick to these bad boys. I make candy and these allow the candy to pop right off. I’m able to bend and move these to easily use these to pour my food directly into mason jars or Mylar bags. They are a must for anyone who does anything in the kitchen. The capacity holds about half a pureed pineapple per sheet. I’m able to place about half a carton of strawberries on each sheet. I have saved so much produce by using this product. It prevents spills in the dehydrator. It allows the produce to dry evenly and effectively. It has a very high heat capacity. I can even bake with these. I’m able to use these for making my own spices. I’m able to pour out ground up food for drying. They have a lip around the edge that allows me to pour liquid inside without worrying about spilling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Work well but too flexible *by H***H on June 30, 2024* I have used these several times now and they hold up in the dehydrator without any problems. The dehydrator sheets do have rough-cut edges which give them a bit of a "DIY" look but they work fine for the price you pay. The fruit leather mats are nice as well BUT they have no structure to them. The silicone is so flexible that you have to keep them on the dehydrator shelf or they just collapse. This is great to peel things off the mat but can make a mess before your items have gone through the dehydrator. It's something to be aware of when working with them but it doesn't completely ruin the product. Pro Tip: To wash, I put everything in the dishwasher and then the mesh goes in the dehydrator on 95 degrees for 20-30 to dry, otherwise drying the mesh is a pain. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for Cosori *by T***F on September 6, 2024* Works great!!
