Can it be fixed stably to the desktop? I'm worried about whether this wireless charger stand will scratch my apple watch.

The answer is no. It will not scratch your watch at all. The actual MagSafe charger will be within the circle where you’ll hang the watch. The MagSafe will magnetize to the back of the watch. I thought the same thing but when I got the stand I’m pleased with it. I hope this at least some what helps answer. I am someone with the latest watch and iPhone 12 Pro Max. Haven’t gotten a scratch in either. No it doesn’t attach to anything nor can it be fixed. But it is very stable
