It also matches the color of my backpack close enough. The electric blue is darker and I would say it is closer to an indigo. The royal blue is brighter than the electric. Almost a safety blue. The stretch is about what I'd expect and the exterior sheathing seems it will hold up well to light abrasion. The reflective parts woven into it may not though. I'll update if there are any concerns but so far, I would recommend. It should be noted that it takes at least 2ft to make this work and if you plan to use the rest for another project, keep the remaining length in mind. 1/22/2022 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Osprey Stratos 24 Upgrade *by S***W on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on November 26, 2019* After several hikes where the weather fluctuated between jacket/no jacket I decided I needed to add an upgrade to my Osprey Stratos 24 daypack. I wanted to add a shock cord cinch system so I could secure my jacket to the outside of my pack, leaving space on the inside for other items.After looking through Amazon’s available products, and reading many reviews, I settled on this cord to upgrade my pack. So far this shock cord has held up great, and adds a needed functionality to suit my needs.I’ve included photos of the pack to assist those who might be considering a similar modification.The drill bit size I used was a 5/32. This size hole allowed for easy threading of the shock cord without too much play.
