I decided to get the spicy ginger flavour. Whoah! It is definitely gingery. I use 1/3 chai to 2/3 milk rather than 1/2 of each as the directions suggest. These proportions make the ginger a little less overwhelming, as well as make the extract last longer -- handy at this price. I'll definitely be buying Third Street Chai again, but may go with the original or the decaf next time. One warning though: once you start buying Third Street Chai you'll never be able to go back to Tazo or Oregon's inferior versions, so prepare yourself for the increase in cost to maintain your chai habit. Of course, it's still much cheaper than buying chai at a coffee shop, and, unless you live in Boulder, it's probably tastier, too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A little too Peppery *by J***F on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 24, 2014* I like this, but would not buy a whole case. (Don't recommend almond or soy.). I sprinkle cardamom and ground cinnamon. This drink has a distinct spicy ginger kick vs the peppery flavor.
