Such a shame because otherwise it’s great. **Q: How do you replace the spout securely? My housekeeper removed mine to clean it, and now it falls off each time I try to turn it.** A: I have had this product for several years & the spout continues to fall off frequently. I have to constantly attach it by fitting it into the groves & turning it until it is secure. It will hold for a short time, but then falls off again with the slightest movement & the water drains in the counter.
