## Description

MedvanceTM MedHeal Bordered Silver Foam Ag Sterile Highly absorbent Antibacterial Dressing, 4"x4"(2"x 2" Pad), 5 dressings/Box. MedHeal Silver Foam Dressing is a non-adherent and antimicrobial foam dressing. The impermeable polyurethane film layer acts liquid and bacteria barrier to prevent external contamination, while allows the vapor and oxygen transfer to create a moist wound healing environment. The reticulate structure of the foam absorbs the wound fluid upon contact to avoid wound maceration. The non-adherent foam allows the atraumatic dressing removal to deliver optimal patient outcome. The in-vitro test showed the incorporated silver provides broad spectrum antimicrobial activity against most common clinic pathogens associated with wound infections for up to 7 days, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherlchia coli, Klesiella pneumonlae, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. MedHeal Silver Foam Dressing is available with and without border.
