**Q: Is preheating the microwave crisper pan for two minutes necessary?**
A: We recommend preheating 2 mins to achieve better cooking results. Especially cooking meat we highly suggested cooking till inter temperature reaches 170 Fahrenheit. If not to preheat, you can still use the pan, but cooking time needs to be extended.
