Are these good for sleeping?** A: If you only sleep on your back it would be possible. If you can sleep wearing padded earmuffs. I have slept on planes wearing them. **Q: Will this fit full brim hard hats?** A: I seriously doubt these Peltor earmuffs would fit a full brim hard hat, such as the MSA V-Gard type. **Q: Do these earmuffs work on the the 3m Full Brim hard hats that do have the slots for attachment?** A: Mine fit the slots, but the full brim does not allow them to close in the correct position. They snap right into the hard hat with little effort and have very simple but effective adjustments. I work around a wood chipper all day so the noise was unbearable without ear protection. These did the job! I can hardly hear the chipper running while wearing them. The only issue I had was that the first couple of days in the heat, after sweating, around my ears became raw and itched but within 3 days it was not an issue. I suppose it was either the ear muffs being new or my skin grew used to them.
