**Q: What is the inside head circumference?**
A: About 22 inches. Fits my husband and I well (average adult head circumference), it also fits my 5yo son reasonably well-he wears it pushed back on his head.

**Q: Could a ten year old with a 21 inch head, would it be too big?**
A: pretty sure I have a 22 inch head, and this is unwearable, it's waay too small for me.

**Q: Is the hat stiff, like real top hat (not a costume hat) would be?**
A: Yes it is stiff and good looking but still a costume hat, as made from felt. But very impressed with them, the guys (with all sizes of heads) looked great in them.

**Q: I have a head size of 7 3/8 ...fairly large ..will hat fit that?**
A: I doubt it. I bought it for my 5yo, and it was only a little big on him. I'd think it would fit up through about a teen-sized head? Sorry I don't have measurements.

I purchased this hat for my grandson to wear to school for his Frosty the Snowman team. He is nine ( wears a size 11 men's shoe) and has a larger than average head. It fit him perfectly. (It is an Adult one size fits all.) It made his day and he looked really handsome too.
