Standard Jasmine Grain Quality
I decided to try this 5kg bag of Milagrosa Fragrant Jasmine rice while it was on promotion, and the results are fairly average. The grain has a decent floral scent when first opened, but the aroma doesn't quite fill the kitchen during the steaming process as much as premium AAA-rated brands do. My order showed up at my door right on schedule and the heavy 5kg bag was wrapped in an extra protective layer to prevent any punctures. While the rice cooks up relatively soft, I noticed the grains are a bit more prone to clumping than I’d like. It is a solid middle-of-the-road option for daily family meals, but if you are looking for that distinct, restaurant-quality fluffiness, there are definitely better choices available on the market.
