The larger intake difference is on the inside of the throttle body. **Q: Does it come with all new gaskets? Mounting square gasket and idle air control housing gasket?** A: This came with everything I needed for a complete throttle body replacement on my XJ. It has been one of the better upgrades to my Jeep.
