This Life Companion Pillow I must say is so comfortable, soft, cosy and perfect for people who prefer thinner pillows.... one goes to sleep the minute their head touches the pillow that’s how good it is.... It is value for money, as it’s is of excellent quality and comfort and has satisfied me and my sleep like a baby needs😊 Even their packaging is commendable... as it looks good from out and within and keeps the product inside well protected till it reaches you... I have been using mmfoam pillow brand, particularly this specific product type (life companion) for the past 10+ years. I've gone through 3 pillows in this duration. Why did I keep returning to this brand ? I could not find anything else in the market that offered this level of thickness and it was perfect for me softness/hardness wise. However, each of these 3 pillows have been totally different from each other. The first one never inflated when I removed it from the vacuum package - I had to get it exchanged. The second one did not last even 4 years (warranty says 7 years) before it fully deflated and became super thin. The third one - I had bought a pack of 2 - was a frustrating experience. How do you give two pillows in the same package with such difference in product quality ?? Within 6 months, one of the pillows lost its firmness and it sinks in completely. It is basically not usable, and it falls outside replacement period so I've no option also. After this, I've decided to stop buying pillows from mmfoam house. If they cannot get the basics right, then there is no point. Especially at this price point, mm foam house should ensure no such quality issues occur.
