So we made a big bonfire and we are all in... two packets. Bring it on. It was really very cool. The hit a log with one packet rather than the direct flame which allowed it to burn slower. We didn't time the colors but it seemed like a very long time. Colors were vibrant and while I am not sure my life was altered by the experience it was fun and pretty and I totally think it was worth it. Tried to take pics but they did t come out too well.

Honestly I had very low expectations for this. The instructions said for a life altering experience to add two packets to a fire rather than just one. So we made a big bonfire and we are all in... two packets. Bring it on. It was really very cool. The hit a log with one packet rather than the direct flame which allowed it to burn slower. We didn't time the colors but it seemed like a very long time. It’s a bit too chilly for an outdoor fire, for which I planned to use this product, so here it is, inside. Like the colors. How fun and magical would this be for little ones? Beautiful colors and it seemed to intensify the flames.
