**Q: I can’t get the rocket-like black stabilizers to stay in. Is there a trick?**
A: Push down hard and they should pop in. We actually duct taped ours on as there was no need to remove them once placed the first time.

**Q: How far does it launch the balls?**
A: About 5 or 6 feet up in the air (eye-level for an adult). Over my son’s head, but he hits it on the way down.

**Q: where can I find replacement balls??**
A: What size balls did you order? The balls that are shown as an add-on item don't actually fit.

**Q: ball diameter please?**

This has been just what our family needed to add to our outdoor play bag. Stores wonderfully, fun for all ages, great for learning hand eye coordination and get your littles ready for baseball. We have had kids from ages 2-65 play with this. So so fun to see your kiddos face when they start getting the hang of it and see how far they can hit it. Great purchase! Would be a great gift too! The price point is great!
