Is the cable Length adjustable?

If you’re meaning the cable housing, then yes you will cut the cable housing to fit the bike as needed. Make sure you make a clean cut to your cable housing making sure that the cable moves freely. Easy peezy!

Will this work with old shamoo 3 speed bikes, also does it come with the connecter to connect the cable to the hub?

Shimano has a specific design that doesn’t work at all with Sturmey Archer. Although it’s very easy to locate a Shimano replacement cable and at a reasonable price

does this cable come with the pulley?

I don’t believe so, if you mean the 3speed lever. I purchased it 8 yrs ago, so I’m not positive though

Is this the original cable? not like a third party?

Not sure what you mean by original and third party. Sturmey Archer was an English company until around 2000 when it was sold to Sun Race of Taiwan. So, this cable is most likely produced there. I ordered one for an old AW hub and is identical to the old one I had. The barrel end apparently fits both a SA and Shimano 3 speed shifter. My bike had the Shimano shifter. The other end screws onto the indicator chain. If you are missing the combination indicator chain and small rod that goes into the axle you will need to order one of those since this is just the cable.
