Exercising
I have a family history of dementia and Iโm not getting any younger so I wanted to see what this book was all about. Itโs very straightforward and easy to understand the whyโs of memory loss and the importance of puzzles or should I say exercises for the brain. I appreciated the format and found all of it helpful. The best part of it is the understanding why and how I want to take care of my brain. Iโm giving it a 4โญ๏ธ. Thanks Humanix Books via NetGalley.

What a disappointment.
Many of the puzzles come from other books. They do not give the best answers, as it is not hard to do better than what is said to be the correct answers. Some of the puzzles came from puzzle/riddle books from when I was a kid, and that was a long time ago. Don't waste your money like I did.

Fun, easy to challenging
As I get older I look for books of puzzles and games that say they will help keep my mind sharp. Hopefully they do. The book is entertaining and has various levels of difficulty. Logic puzzles to numbers it covers the gambit. Gary Small is a doctor and seems to specialize in memory and brain disorders. A good gift for someone older on your list.
