Battat Bristle Blocks Deluxe Builder Case, 113-Piece Building Toy, Playset

Purchased these as a Christmas gift for our 3 year old. Great price for all the bristle blocks you get. We already had some standard ones and decided to get more so we could build bigger things. I like that this set comes with some circular blocks that can twist and turn, which make for even more imaginary fun! Our other set has a screw top lid and sometimes they don't all fit in, but there is plenty of room in this container! The only slight inconvenience is that the tabs you slide to open and close are not stationary. They slide completely off each time you open this, which is slightly annoying since they can get lost in the bristle block mix. I'm not sure if mine was defective or if that's the way they all come. We've had lots of fun building planes, castles and rockets with these :)

My 2 year old loves these blocks! Bought the 113 pc set for his birthday last week and he hasn't stopped playing with them since. They are easier to manipulate than duplos (and hurt less when you step on them). The reviews for the smaller sets say that the blocks don't fit well in the suitcase, but that is not true for the 113 pc set - there is plenty of room, we toss them in all the time, and he even adds other toys. PS opening and closing the box is just as much fun for my son as actually playing with the pieces. I thought the dolls would be ignored and was actually annoyed that they counted as part of the 113 pieces, but actually my son loves the mommy and daddy dolls and goes after them first. Also, my 7 year old stepdaughter and 9 year old stepson have also gotten in on the action and I often have to intervene with sharing lessons because they're so popular. HIGHLY recommend this product.

I used to play with the original when I was a kid so when my eldest son turned 2 I bought him these Bristle Blocks as a gift. He absolutely loves playing with these and I feel it's a great developmental toy for his age. The only small gripe I may have against these is the wheels included in this kit don't hold the adjoining Bristle Block too well and will cause them to fall out easily. Not big deal as long as my son's having fun and learning.

My 2 year old son received this for Christmas and loves it. In fact all of his siblings ranging from 3-12 years old love it. They all build together and have fun creating. It is simple enough for a toddler to use. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not five is because it came missing one of the sliding locks, so I can't use the carrying case effectively. I have tried to find out if I can just get a new lock piece for it, but I don't know how to contact them to get it replaced. I thought about sending it back and getting the entire set replaced but my kids love it too much to not have it here. Over all great toy for imaginative and fine motor skills play.

We ordered these for our 18 month old and 3 year old daughters. They really enjoy playing with them. My only critique is I wish they had a better latch system for closing the box they come in...you have to slide the red tabs in the picture all the way off to open the box. It's just kind of a hassle when you are cleaning up and you have to track down yet another piece in order for the box to stay shut. Very minor complaint, and would still buy the product.

This arrived with 1 of latches missing off of case. One of larger blocks was missing and there was hair and rug fibers in the box. Clearly was used. Returning for refund. Reordering and hoping I get a new one that is complete. Got a refund and reordered. The blocks arrived in new condition and on time. No complaints.

Great set to add to his jungle block bristle bucket. He loves the people and the animals, and the additional building blocks are a good set to have. One small complaint - the carrying case is pretty cheap and the closures aren't attached. I see them getting permanently lost in the near future =( I think we just need to buy a large bucket for all bristle blocks and toss it.

These are the best toys. Our kids have been so creative with these little blocks. We originally received a set as a gift and didn't think anything of them but as our little boys got more and more into them, I started looking around to see if I could find more because their creations were getting larger and larger and therefore needed more and more blocks. They build anything from robots, to camcorders, to the front gate of LEGOLAND. Love the creativity it provokes!

La relación calidad-precio es fantástica, tiene muchísimas piezas (113 para ser exactos) entre las que hay ruedas, personajes humanos y animales. Nuestra hija aún no le ha cogido el truco para jugar sola (aún le cuesta encajar bien las piezas), pero le encanta construir cosas con nosotros y pronto se soltará seguro. Muy recomendable.

Costruzioni STUPENDE! Potrebbe sembrare un po' altino il prezzo, ma in realtà queste costruzioni valgono fino all'ultimo centesimo. Molto ben fatte, colori vivaci e brillanti e una tale varietà di forme da poterci costruire di tutto: aerei, macchine, ruspe, trenino, casette e fattoria, con personaggi e animali inclusi! L'attacco a pettine poi è molto comodo. Mio figlio di 2 anni e mezzo adora questo gioco! Straconsigliato l'acquisto!

These are the best blocks ever - I ordered the Spinaroos setthe next day. My 2 year old daughter plays with these for at least an hour uninterrupted. And we can have a lot of fun playing with her too - the only limit is your imagination. As other reviewers have said only disappointment is the carrying case as tabs are very flimsy and one was broken off in the first day.

I have three kids 2, 4 and 6! All three love these! Love the people and animals that come with it. They haven't gotten bored with them. I was so excited to grab two boxes while on sale. Definitely recommend them for kids of all ages. Bright colours and different shapes make for a great sorting toy as well.
