is it good for older people ?

I cant confirm the age range but i am 46 using no issues..

Is this good for black hair damaged from relaxers?

Hi, The Scandinavian Biolabs Hair Growth Routine is suitable for all hair types and colors, although it has not been yet tested on black hair. When it comes to hair being damaged from other hair products, the Strength Shampoo and Recovery Conditioner will be helpful here, as they contain all key active nutrients and ingredients that are necessary to repair damaged hair.

Is this shampoo sulphate free?

Yes, our Hair Strength Shampoo is Sulphate and Paraben free. Moreover it does not contain any other harmful chemicals.

If you recommend me to pick a product out of these three, which one you would?

I think I'd go for the serum. Good luck with it and hope it helps.
