The glaze job on the outside is very pretty, just like in the picture, two-tone tan/brown. The inside is nicely glazed as well, but the ledge where the lid sits on the jar is an unglazed surface - probably to help them keep air from moving around in/out?I hate pickles. I am NOT a pickle guy. And this is kind of weird, as the child of New York Jews, but the acid/vinegar is just too much for me. I'm using this jar in my workshop instead to hold pliers and screwdrivers, because it's exactly the right size for the screwdrivers to stand up in and the pliers to straddle the wall in a full circle. I know, it's not what pickle jars are supposed to be for, but it's a REALLY NICE jar and I'm allowed to use it however I want! (I did put a piece of felt inside the bottom so a screwdriver wouldn't accidentally do damage)Very happy with this item, it looks and feels great. There's even a really pleasing sound when you put the lid on it, somehow nostalgic I think. Anyhow, full marks from me on this item! ## Frequently Bought Together - WHOLELIFEOBJECTS Ceramic Pickle Martban for Dining Table with Lids & Holder Pickle handi for Storage | Achar Handi | Ceramic storage for Kitchen Storage & Dinning table Set of 1 Pcs Large (1000Ml) - Qimacplus Ceramic Handi Pickle Jar| Food Storage Jar | Multipurpose Jar | Lota Jar For kitchine and Dinning table 500 ML set of 2 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/260802713-ceramic-handmade-pickle-jar-set-with-lid-dining-table-pickels](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/260802713-ceramic-handmade-pickle-jar-set-with-lid-dining-table-pickels) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
