## Questions & Answers

**Q: No red flashing light with the low charge beeping. Light flashed  green when charger turned on but went out after 3 hours. Is it faulty?**
A: So my advice would be yes. We bought ours months ago, charged it only once and it is still green light and working. To be fair the recliner is not used daily but it has been fantastic. Great purchase.

**Q: Does this work for a natuzzi editions sofa?**
A: Please confirm 3 points (as attached):
1.The output voltage of the adapter is within this range of 24-35V,
2.The adapter connector is exactly the same as the product picture.
3.Not for lift single recliner with 3 motors and current more than 5A.

**Q: Does not work on sofology with 29volt moter**
A: Sorry don’t understand why as I have been using my Staigo battery power for18 mts thrilled with is as it means I can use it without direct power I understand that the charger may not be compliant as we were told by others to research compliance and came up with this firm .They are helpful thankyou

This item is so easy to use. I charged the battery, removed the existing power pack and mains lead. I then plugged the battery in to the sofa and it has been working great without wires all over the floor. Brilliant product.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easily fitted to my recliner chair.

Easy to fit to my recliner and works perfectly, so in general I am very pleased. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 due to the following minor points: The included bracket is flimsy and does not mount the battery solidly to the chair frame, but it is good enough for my usage. Time will tell how well the battery lasts/holds charge for, but it's certainly good while new. The included charging cable is a bit too short to easily reach my wall socket without having to remove the battery from the chair, so I've separately purchased a longer mains cable as well for added convenience.
