Just received this. I cannot get the scope to fully tighten to the riser mount. There is some slight movement and slightly rattles . Is this normal?

there are two types of rails on guns make sure your scope is the correct one for the rail diameter if not you can get a cheap adaptor

Can it be used on a shotgun?

Hi there no it's not strong enough. I tried and it didn't hold zero. Went with a Vortex venom 6 moa. Perfect 👍👍. More money but it works.

Does this have any Magnification? The Model with the mount is listed as 5x, but without the mounts is 1x????
