**Q: Does one pill last 12hrs?**
A: Not for me.  My vertigo spells are related to an inner ear problem and when it hits me, it lasts for several days.  I find I need to take the pills every 6 hours, or so.  They do make me sleepy and I can't do much but the vertigo makes it impossible to function anyway.   For milder vertigo or car sickness, I break the pills and take half every 4 to 6 hours. Then I don't get so sleepy.

A: YES!

**Q: Do these get me sleepy?**
A: Meclizine can make you sleepy. I take it for vertigo. If I take 1 pill when I am at work it doesn’t make me fall asleep.

**Q: what is the expiration date on the bottle?**
A: On my bottle the lot number is 17J339 and the expiration date is 09/19.
